To Our Valued Patients,

First and foremost, thank you to ALL of our patients for continuing to be a part of our Brilliant Dental Family. Our Doctors and office staff appreciate all the support and understanding throughout the years.

We understand how difficult this last couple of years has been on the community and on the economy. While we are trying to keep everything affordable for ALL of our patients and maintain the same level of quality on all of our treatment, we have been forced to increase our prices STARTING on  OCTOBER 1ST 2021.

The current shortage of essential materials (ex, gloves, mask, oxygen, anesthetic, proper PPE, etc...)  has caused an inflation rate increase for all Healthcare practices. The 5-10% increase on materials and lab fees have made it harder for us to keep the same prices that have been in place since September of 2018. While we understand the hard times that we are all facing, in order for us to keep providing high quality treatment by using the best materials and working with exceptional labs, the increase on our prices is necessary in providing the best care to our patients.

The current economic situation and events, including shortage of staff, has forced us to accommodate less patients during our working hours to guarantee that all patients are being seen at their appointed times, reduce waiting periods, and bring forth faster turnover times for Crowns, Prosthetics, surgical guides, invisalign etc. Our office understands the value of our patients' time and will be enforcing late/cancellation fees in order to maintain an exceptional dental experience for ALL of our existing and future patients.

The current demand for dental work during these times has increased the amount of patients' booking appointments. Dr. Teng and Dr. Kim are both being booked months in advance. In order to better manage our schedule a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to patients that DO NOT give a 48-hour notice prior to canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  Appointments will be automatically cancelled and charged a $50 late fee if the patient is running 10-15 min late without same day notice. In an attempt to accommodate patients' that are currently on a waiting list appointments' that are NOT CONFIRMED within the week when reminder messages/calls are sent out will be automatically cancelled. The time of our doctors and patients is very valuable to us, all appointments that require treatment time of 2 hours or more will be charged a minimum deposit of $50 that will go towards the patients' scheduled treatment. If a patient does not show up to the appointment the $50 deposit  will be applied to the cancellation fee. Transparency over the price changes and any other applicable fees is important to Brilliant Dental.

Thank you, for your support and cooperation during this time.
